I am looking for a movie. It is a chick flick. I thought Hilary Duff was the main character but I havent been able to find it. I saw it a few years. The main character (girl) is at college. You loves this guy but he gives her no time of day. She has a really good friend (guy) that really likes her. But when she finally realizes that he is the one that she love it was almost too late. She goes back to his apartment and he has left. The last scene is her chasing after him. Catching up to him and then dancing and kissing him in the rain on the road, next to his car.

I’m looking for a movie that I watched a few years ago. It’s really bad but it’s been annoying me for ages.
So, heres the plot. A bear is adopted and his parents tell him. He goes to a bear place but it’s aboout to close down. He goes on a search to find a bear band so they can do a charity concert to raise money so the bear place doesn’t have to close down.
It’s like a bear version of the blues brothers. I will be grateful for any help!

im looking for a book i read a few years ago in one of these readers digest condensed versions of three books. its about a young teacher who has an affair with a uni student and becomes pregnant but they split up. there is also a story she tries to unravel about the family past, with a great aunt (maybe) called violet and her sister, and about how their children were swapped. violets sister had an affair with violets husband. (this is all set during WWII i believe) in the end the student and teacher get back together and the story ends with the baby being born and this all happens in a country cottage. im really wanting to find this so if anyone know what its called that would be brilliant. thanks

I’m looking for a movie… I think it was a tv movie. The plot goes like this: a retired singer of a (’70’s?)one-hit-wonder big hair rock band has long since retired, and his wife and kids don’t know about his musical past. His old band buddies find him and convince him to start the band again. His son finds out who his Dad is because of a tattoo his Dad has on his arm (which alludes to his knickname). What’s this movie???

im looking for a book i read. its a kids/teenager book. published by penguin publishing. the plot is about a boy who goes to a magic school on this island. he learns his true name, then he does magic to try to revive the dead. this shadow thing comes out and kind of terrorizes things. a long time passes and at the end he uses his own true name to get rid of the shadow thing. it has some more stuff in the middle to, but i cant remember

I’m looking for a book I read a few years ago. It is a thriller/romance. It starts out with a little girl screaming in her bed because she saw a man murdering a women with her psychic power. She helps to solve the murder but shuts down her power. Then it jumps forward til she is in her thirties (I think…), and she and some friends are at an old castle where they are reinacting the history of a murder there when suddenly the lord returns in the middle of a storm and crashing in the doors while riding his dark horse, cause the woman’s psychic power to reawake and she starts seeing ghosts around. There are other murders that happen during the story and that is all that I can remember… It is driving me crazy!! Please help!

I read the book around the early 1970’s and saw the movie around the mid 70’s. It was about hunters who picked up hitch hiker couples or kidnapped young couples to be their slaves at hunting camp I believe in the U.P. of Michigan every year. After using them as their slaves for the hunting trip they would let them go and hunt them then tie rocks to them and sink them in a lake. A man that knew of this hid out for the entire trip keeping an eye on the hunters until they hunted their captives then hunted the hunters and killed them. Does anyone know what the name of this movie is, who was in it or where I can find it?

I am looking for a movie where a young girl goes to visit relatives she hardly knows. They are all unfriendly and sad. In the story the girl’s attitude rubs off on them. There is an older woman who lives upstairs and has not been outside in years. At the end of the movie she come out. There is also a church scene where there is total despair and the people there and the preacher act like they have no hope of salvation. It is a drama, but the church scene is almost comical. thanks for any help in finding this.

The other movies I know the plots, but not the names of the movies. The first one is based on a true story, an airline pilot runs out of fuel in midair due to a malfunction at the ground when the plane didn’t refueled properly. The pilot guides the plane onto an abandoned runway where there is some type of car show going on. A kid is trying to outrun the plane on this airstrip.(not smart) The pilot lands the plane safely, and no one is hurt.
THE SECOND MOVIE is about a very angry man who spends his life being rude to other people. He is so mean that his car is vandalized by means of sugar in the gas tank shortly after getting it back from a local mechanic. (I can’t recall all of the details but he may have beat his wife, and the mechanic to after this incident)He then gets a phone call during a bad thunderstorm, he is then struck by lightning through the telephone lines. He survives, but when he is near death he claims to have visited God, and been shown all of the bad deeds he has done. This changes him, and I think he starts preaching, & sharing his experience, and it costs him his marriage.Does anyone know where to find a supplier of these type of movies on DVD or VHS?

Okay, i watched this movie once before a really long time ago, year unknown but i remember that it was a native american movie about two natives who are accidentaly left behind as the tribe goes trading or something, the boy dies(gets eaten by a pack of wolves) and the girl is alone and survives, the tribe come back (or it might have been a new tribe) and it’s all i can remember.

Ok. This is driving me nuts!! I’m looking for a movie. It’s fairly recent, I think. It’s about a killer who kills people by putting them on webcam and torturing them. The amount of torture is based on how many people watch the gory web scene. Eventually, one of the investigators who’s trying to catch the killer is captured and killed by acid in a water tank. Turns out, the killer’s father committed suicide off a popular bridge and it was taped and put on tv by a newscaster (he kills the newscaster too in the movie). He’s trying to get “revenge” for all the people making a mochary of his father’s suicide. Help!!

I have been trying to find a book; its historical romance novel; its about a girl who is viewed as just a bit ugly by her peers. which is unfortuante because she fancys herself in love with a oungh gentleman. She ends up somehow on a ship and works on the ship until the Captain can return her to her home. She and the captain fall in a kind of love, yet he still returns her home. There she is completely reformed into a more slendered muscled tanned beauty her youngh gentleman notices and is a complete jerk telling her how he knows she likes him perviously but at the point she wasnt good enough then but now she is. ( I wish i could remember more of the plot 😦 )

This is a movie that I remember watching with my mother as a child. I can only remember a few parts. A man kidnaps a young woman that he is obviously obsessed with. From what I remember, he is not nasty to her, he just wants to keep her.
She is kept in what I think is an out door shed, with stair leading down.
He allows her to write a letter to her mother saying everything is okay, but she tries to mail a small piece of paper along with it telling her where she really is.
In another instance, she gets out of the cellar, and reaches the front lawn, but she doesnt know that he is waiting for her behind the cellar door. He hits her with the shovel and she ends up back in the cellar.
I have been thinking of this movie for a long time, and it is driving me crazy.

looking for this book….
a teen boy and girl meet and gradually fall into friendship then love in the gardens of a ruined house.specifically the girls special place an ornamental pool. the girls father is a member of A group of amateur historians who are working on the ruined house, trying to make a local history exhibit, as they discover more about the house ad its destruction its story gradually unfolds.…..Two young men one from a rich family, become friends and fall in love, they go to war and one of them is killed. The richer young man goes home and his family pressure him to get a wife in order to pass the estate on to children-this is unbearable to him as he misses his dead lover. When the family go out one evening he sets fire to the house destroying it totally and tries to commit suicide in a ornamental pool after having hidden his diary in ornamental pool but is saved by the gardener who is simple. He persuades the gardener to swap clothes and walks away from his life. The family come back to the ruined house, question the gardener and find his diary, but due to the scandal it would cause the whole situation is hushed up.

Looking for the title and author, if possible, of a book I read back in the early 70’s. The beginning is about this pharmacist in the early 1900’s, who has accidentally typed the reverse dosage on a prescription, and a little boy dies as a result. Also a beautiful girl visits the pharmacist, complaining of something in her eye. The pharmacist is able to remove the object by literally licking it out of her eyeball. He falls in love with her, but she is out of his league. Any ideas? The book is probably from the 1960’s or so. The copy I had was hardback (no jacket) and the cover was grey, I think. I would really like to get my hands on a copy of this book. Thanks for any help!

I saw a B&W when I was a kid. An airplane makes a safe landing along a shoreline. All is well as they slowdown, then comes the pier! Not sure if all die, but in recreating the accident they finally realize failure was caused by a cup of coffee spilt on the controls. Any help on the title?

hello there, im looking for a book in witch a ex French foreign legion major(i think)who lives in the Alps as a mountain guide is recruited by the French government to destroy oil rigs in the middle east along with ha-mass.they call the French major le chowser (the hunter). Parts of the book take place in all the secret service departments around the world as the plot unravels as they hunt down le chowser. any help finding this book would be appreciated because I didn’t finish the end. thanks.

i need the title of a movie i saw a while back. a little girl has a ballet recital and her dad misses it and she’s mad at him. her, her younger sister and mother ride in one car and the father in another after the recital. a car keeps honking at the moms car and the little girl assumes its her dad trying to tell them something and takes off her seat belt and turns around in her seat. turns out it was an 18 wheeler going to fast trying to get them to move and runs right into them. the little girl is killed and the mother and sister live. then the family goes to this ladies house where they can see the little girls ghost…and so on…anyone know what this movie is called?

I am looking for a movie i saw on vacation in europe. the language was translated,but im pretty sure in the backround you can here english. A young, very pretty, teenage girl with long blonde hair becomes an orphan after her mom goes to jail for murder. I saw a movie when I was a kid, maybe late 70s to early 80s. It was your typical zombie movie, but this one started with a man waking up on a hot day I guess after taking a nap in an airport room over looking the runway. He could have been a pilot or an airport employee, I don’t remember. After washing up he looks out the window and sees a military cargo plane with infected personnel coming out of the plane and all hell breaks loose. ZOMBIES! After all the chaos the guy gets bitten or is about to die, I’m not sure which. Point is he wakes up in the room and realizes it was all a nightmare. He washes up like in the beginning and has a little bit of dejavou. Terrified he looks out the window and sure enough sees the military plane out in front. Just as the doors open and your about to see whats inside the movie ends. I don’t know if this was an episode for a tv show like Elvira or the Twilight Zone, but I’m 99.5% sure it was a movie. It’s been bothering me for years and I can’t figure out the name of the movie. Someone please help me. I’d appreciate the feed back. Thanks a bunch.

this is an 80’s movie that in no way resembles anything but a low budget half-star rating… but it takes place on a college campus, and its’a fantasy/comedy movie with a slight twist from the ‘Hunchback of Notre Dame’. The main character is a tall furry creature who talks and refers to himself in the third person as Bob, (or another generic name). Please help me with this cute/funny film…as I have not seen it since the late 80’s early 90’s and would like to see it again with my kids.

Name this movie please..?
(1) 2 girls in high school love each other. They stay in a dorm. A new girl comes in as their roommate. This new girl is shy.She once sees them kiss. Once when these 2 girls are making out, in the morning other students come in their room and look them in this state. One of these 2 girls get scared and after this incident tries to move away from the other girl, whereas the other girl is not able to move on and finally jumps off a building and ends her life.
(2) A robbery(perhaps bank robbery). criminals are 2-3 young and beautiful and stylist females. Finally perhaps these girls jump off a bridge etc to avoid being caught.

Movie Search: Crew drilling (for oil?) finds heart of dinosaur. Heart starts to beat! when no one is looking and regenerates into a whole dino, that looked dragon-ish if I remember. My local tv channel double-featered it with the “Man with the X-ray eyes” now called “X”.

Im looking for the title of a movie I saw in the 90’s (I believe) It was about a married couple with a little boy. I believe set in NYC, the parents go out for the night and hire a babysitter. Turns out the father is having an affair with the babysitter and the mother hires some men to break in and kill the babysitter and kidnap the little boy.
Any information about this movie would be a big help.
